Communication
From the first phone call you will deal with people who answer questions plainly, explain options and keep you informed as work progresses. If something unexpected comes up on site, you will hear about it from us straight away, with a proposed solution.

Workmanship
We take pride in work that is square, level and properly finished. Our carpenters, floor fitters and builders have worked together on many London properties, and we only bring in outside trades we know and trust for electrical, plumbing and gas work.

Attention to detail
The details are what you notice every day: tight mitres on skirting, even grout lines, doors that close cleanly and paintwork with crisp edges. We check our own work before we ask you to.

Project planning
Before work starts we agree the scope, the sequence of trades and a realistic programme. Materials are ordered in good time and each stage is planned so the next can follow without delay.

Respect for your home
We protect floors and furniture, seal off work areas where possible, keep noise and dust under control and leave the site clean at the end of each day. If you are living in the property we work around you.

Straightforward pricing
Every project starts with a written quotation that sets out what is included. If you ask for changes along the way we will price them before carrying them out, so you stay in control of the budget.

Tell us about your project
Call, email or use the enquiry form. A few details about the property and what you would like to achieve are enough to get started.

We visit and discuss
For most projects we arrange a visit to look at the space, talk through options and take measurements. For smaller jobs, photos may be enough.

You receive a clear quotation
We send a written quotation that sets out what is included, so you can compare it fairly and ask questions before deciding.

We agree the plan
Once you are happy, we confirm start dates, the sequence of work and how we will keep in touch while the project is under way.

The work is completed
Our team carries out the work to the agreed plan, keeps the site tidy and walks you through everything at the end.

How we look after your property while we work
Protection first
Floors, stairs and furniture are covered before tools come out, and finished surfaces are protected as work moves on.
Sealed work areas
Where the layout allows, rooms being worked on are sealed to keep dust out of the rest of the home.
Clean at the end of each day
Tools are packed away and the site is swept and tidied, so your home stays liveable during the project.
Checked before handover
We walk through the finished work with you, deal with any snags and make sure you are happy before we leave.
